Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate, current information when you create your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we believe is being misused.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you may lawfully enter into a contract.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Vault Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Lifetime Access is a one-time payment for ongoing access to the current prompt library. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may pause access until the payment is resolved.
• We may change pricing for new subscribers. Any change to your current plan's price will be communicated in advance with the option to cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to access content beyond what your plan allows, or to bypass any access controls, redactions, or payment walls.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the prompts in bulk, or resell access to the library.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or supporting infrastructure.
• Use the Prompt Builder to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Your content

Any prompts you save or generate through the Prompt Builder remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you within your own account. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not share it with other users.

6. Our content

The prompts, guides, branding, and other materials we provide through the Service are owned by SilentVault and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own work. It does not grant you the right to resell, sublicense, or distribute them.

7. The Service is provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prompt will produce a specific result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilentVault and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SilentVault harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or change the Service, including the prompts we offer, at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SilentVault operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.
