1. Information we collect

We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Service:

• Account information — the email address and password you provide when you sign up. Passwords are stored as one-way hashed values and are never readable to us.
• Subscription information — your plan (Monthly or Lifetime), billing status, and renewal date. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage information — which prompts you view, copy, or save, and basic interactions with the Prompt Builder. We use this to improve the library and keep the Service working.
• Device and connection information — IP address, browser type, and referring page, collected from server logs. These are retained for a limited period and used only for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription.
• To show you the prompts and tools relevant to your plan, and to remember your saved prompts within a session.
• To detect and prevent abuse, unauthorized access, and fraud.
• To send essential service messages, such as renewal reminders or security notices. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
• To improve the prompts, features, and reliability of the Service.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third-party ad networks. You can clear cookies or local storage at any time in your browser settings, which will sign you out.

4. Payment processing

Payments for Vault Membership and Lifetime Access are processed by a third-party payment provider. The provider receives your payment information directly; SilentVault only receives a confirmation reference and the status of your subscription. We do not store, view, or transmit your full card details.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, payment processing and hosting), under agreements that limit how they may use it, or when required by law to protect our rights or comply with a legal request.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain the minimal records needed to confirm your cancellation and restore access if you return. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, access controls, and encrypted connections in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have done so by mistake, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
